    The next step would be to reduce the amount of water used when washing the dishes. I feel that water can easily be misused and wasted during this process, especially in households that place a high emphasis on cleanliness.

    I could start buying from companies that help solve the problem of food waste. For example, I discovered a company at the farmer's market that recycles fruit and veggies that have been discarded from juice shops.     I am trying to refuse more plastic and paper packaging by buying in bulk, repurposing old clothes and other items, and refusing plastic at restaurants. It's hard though with the pressure!

    I love bringing my friends with me to our school gym, and we lift weights outside the gym while watching the ocean/sunset!

    It has been really beneficial and has helped me to notice more when I am full so I don't overeat. It's helped me take better care of my body and take smaller portions (which also reduces food waste!)

    Was so dissapointed to see that Bobby B's switched from paper bags to giant plastic containers when you buy a muffin.  I definitely think I annoyed the person working when I took my muffin out of the plastic box and handed it back to her.  This feels so opposite of their encouraging folks to use a reusable coffee mug...

    Missed all three of my daily challenges yesterday.  Was working on house projects and didn't have the time to make food for myself like I normally would.

    I went to TJ's the other day with a couple of friends and we all forgot our reusable bags. We decided to stick to the challenge though and worked as a team to carry all of our groceries.
