Annalise Abeyta 10/18/2021 5:05 PMI've noticed that I've been having trouble motivating myself to go outside and exercise. I keep making excuses to put it off. I've realized once I just force myself to do go it I end up feeling better afterward. It's funny how that works. -

Annalise Abeyta 10/14/2021 6:17 PMSometimes I have trouble motivating myself to go outside and exercise and today was certainly one of those days. I walked about a mile and a half in the trail near my neighborhood. It's good to see that the THPRD is doing some renovations! -

I started off with breakfast and lunch today. I haven't been cooking a lot for myself lately so I'm glad this challenge can provide me some motivation. :)
