    I've found that taking walks while I'm working on assignments has helped my writer's block. Being outside helps clear my mind and refresh me sometimes.

    I haven't been doing as well on my challenges as I've wanted to. I didn't realize how difficult it'd be some days! All I can do is keep trying though.

    I've realized I don't check off my reusable bag action that often. I really don't go out as much as I thought I did when I initially chose it...

    I've noticed that I've been having trouble motivating myself to go outside and exercise. I keep making excuses to put it off. I've realized once I just force myself to do go it I end up feeling better afterward. It's funny how that works.

    I picked the daily gratitude challenge as one of action choices. Since I've been writing things down, I've realized how much I take for granted. Sometimes it's tough to put things into words, but I feel it's been helpful for me.

    I went vintage shopping with my little brother today. I said no to a plastic bag and paper receipt and carried my items by hand instead.

    Sometimes I have trouble motivating myself to go outside and exercise and today was certainly one of those days. I walked about a mile and a half in the trail near my neighborhood. It's good to see that the THPRD is doing some renovations!

    I've been trying to be more mindful of how much electricity I'm using. I've been studying today with just my desk lamp and natural light instead of my overhead light.

    First post! I'm excited to see where this takes me. I'm going to need to go shopping soon so I can begin planning some more meatless meals. I started off with breakfast and lunch today. I haven't been cooking a lot for myself lately so I'm glad this challenge can provide me some motivation. :)
