REFLECTION QUESTIONEnergySwitching out your lightbulbs is an excellent first step toward energy efficiency! In what other ways can you exercise your civic duty to protect the environment and reduce carbon emissions?
Alexis Appleyard 4/21/2022 6:36 PMI switched 4 lightbulbs in my house last week, and it feels great! I want to reduce my carbon emissions by hopefully getting a new fridge considering this one is quite old and not very energy efficient -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaterFixing leaky faucets is one of the tasks that we can easily put off until later. Good job on completing this action! How will you use the momentum from completing this action to increase your water efficiency in other ways?
Alexis Appleyard 4/21/2022 6:33 PMI fixed the leaky faucet in my apartment, now I am saving so much more water. I am going to also install a low flow shore head to increase my water efficiency. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWasteReducing your paper mail can reduce mental clutter as well as physical waste -- by reducing what is coming in, you can reduce what is going into the recycling bin too. How does it make you feel? What is the next step you will take to reduce your waste?
Alexis Appleyard 4/21/2022 6:14 PMIt makes me feel great that I reduced my paper quantity. All my bills come via email now, rather than mail. My next step is to use more reusable containers rather than cardboard boxes. -
