    Exercise Daily challenge 
    I had set my goal to 45 minutes of exercising each day. I started off by jogging for 10 minutes, that’s usually my warmup. I then started doing exercises such as sit ups, curl ups, squats, lunges, Russian twists and others. I was able to do all of my exercises at home, because I had bought weights and resistant bands during the lockdown due to the pandemic. After working out I started off my sat by organizing my schedule it also helped my focus more on getting schoolwork done.
