REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable MugMaybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?
Kate Bach 10/11/2019 6:03 PMI usually drink coffee before I go to class, but there are some days you just need that extra pick me up. Well you could plan for those days and ALWAYS have a reusable mug, THAT however would require planning and some days you just forget! Usually in winter its easier to bring along a mug so I know ill improve as it gets colder!! -

Kate Bach 10/07/2019 6:45 AMThe saying "you can't pour from an empty cup" always comes to mind when discussing helping others, sometimes you forget to make sure you're taking care of yourself too. Doing this helps me remind myself that I'm important too and need to be conscious of what im doing to help myself on a daily basis, most importantly self care!
