    Oh, also I find that I can combine some physical activity with meditation; meditating and focusing solely on my breathing and body while doing yoga is a great way to simultaneously be active and at peace.

    My water bottle is so dented and bruised from being carried around all the time, but I feel like we have an emotional connection at this point...
