    Certain ingredients used in household products like cleaning supplies can be harmful to your health and the environment. They can produce chemical and air pollution. I also did research on toxic makeup products and informed myself on what brands to use.

    If local grocery stores stocked locally made food people will be more likely to purchase it. If I (and others) buy these items the store will continue to provide them.

    Get groceries from the local, family-owned store instead of a larger chain store. Preserve forested areas and help plant trees in parks and schools.

    Normally, I practice self-care by setting aside time for myself and myself only. I usually spend this time reading or journaling.

    I feel like spending more time outdoors really enhanced my brainpower this week. It gave me a break from my classes and a chance to soak up some vitamin D!
