    I really liked journaling about what I am grateful for. writing down your thoughts makes you more aware of them and is easier to reflect on those thougths.

    I usually only get about 5 hrs of sleep, but focusing on getting more made me feel intune with adding self care to my day.

    practicing gratitude makes you more present to things that you might take for granted otherwise like the call of a bird or the beautiful colors of the flowers blooming around you.
