    How do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?

    When going for a walk instead of a drive, your senses are much more involved. You can feel the ground, feel the air/wind, smell the fresh air, and take more time to appreciate what's around you.

    I try to go for walks, hikes, runs, any kind of exercise, and spend days just trying to focus on myself.
