REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Reduce Animal ProductsWhy do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our planet and other people?
Spencer Booker 7/22/2021 3:51 PMPeople in richer countries eat more meat since they have better cases for it. The meat is cleaner, easier to access, and is even proved in schools. Eating meat can cause the eco system to become unbalanced as both human and natural praetor is targeting a target. Overall this week's challenge was not that hard. I wouldn't eat for dinner to keep my diet lighter so this week wasn't hard. Just a lot of salads, nuts, and vitamins to keep me going. -
Spencer Booker 7/18/2021 6:37 PMThis website has been very informative. I've found myself continuing the challenges even after I met the week's requirement. My challenge for this week is to go meatless for the week. Let's see how that goes.-
Keaton Nacsin 7/18/2021 7:29 PMI agree Spencer this website has been very informative and provides a new challenge. And, this website also provides a new challenge every week.

REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use Reusable BagsWhat do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reusable one with you or aren't allowed to use the one you brought? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?
Spencer Booker 7/15/2021 3:22 PMA system that can be put in place for me would to just not accept it. I always bring a big with me when I'm going shopping, and I always have some in my car. So I would simply just refuse the bag unless it's multiple items, then I would just go to my car for the bags. For other people I would just allow them to take the cart outside when they don't have bags. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable Water BottleWhile water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?
Spencer Booker 7/01/2021 3:52 PMI just filled up a huge water container everyday to avoid using a bottle. My hydroflask was great at keep me on track and it helped me avoid the bottle. Especially at work it was so easy to manage it and it saved desk space. It feels natural at this point and I will continue using no bottles.-
Maverick Shreeve 7/03/2021 3:18 PMHey Spencer, I have been doing the same thing ever since my Freshman year of High School. I have been using a 64 oz. Hydro for over 4 years and it has always been super convenient to use.
