Estefania Campillo 3/17/2022 7:53 PMToday I was able to go to the housekeeping department and help them clean rooms because they were short staff and I wanted to give and show them support to this department. I really appreciate all their hard work and all the effort and energy they put into every day. It is for sure not an easy job and I liked going because I also give myself an opportunity to understand their job and celebrate with them their hard work by bringing them lunch or something special once in a while.-

Estefania Campillo 2/27/2022 9:55 AMTotally! This is something that I do once a month with one of my coworkers. We live 7 minutes apart from each other and it take us 30-35 minutes to get to work without traffic and I think this is a really good idea. First, what we do is that we get up early so we don't get hit by traffic, then we go get some coffee together and then go to work. Something that I would really like to do is driving with her at least once per week. -

Estefania Campillo 2/17/2022 6:55 PMPrinting double-sided is something that I do at work because sometimes we have to print the same form for all of our employees and that means printing 3-4 pages for 85 employees. Also, the company is trying to upload these forms to our main page so every employee is able to sign electronically when needed. -

I have the energy to help others, to do my best during the day and to get focused while doing my job. Also, it gives me the opportunity to enjoy more my day, be more relax and do some workout. -
