    I typically go to bed really late and wish to start going to bed earlier for better motivation, energy, and study habits for the next day. I find that setting out all my clothes and making my lunch the night before helps me get a little extra sleep each night.

    the more fruit I eat the better I feel personally and physically. the less meat I eat the less amount of animals being killed

    My family has always had cars that were high in miles her gallon so I knew when I bought a car I would want to also save money on gas as well it being better for the environment.

    the only time I ever use a plastic water bottle is when I forget my reusable bottle. I could set reminders on my phone to helop remind me to always bring it or I can attach it with a clip ointo my bag so I never forget
