REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Healthy SleepConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Kaitlynn Clement 3/18/2022 12:29 PMI would like to shift it so I sleep much earlier than I do now. I have the bad habit of sleeping too late due to forgetting things I have to do like my homework, or that I need to do my laundry today. So it'll be around the time I should go to bed but I'll remember I have to do something and stay up late. I've started writing down the tasks I want to finish in a day on sticky notes around my room so I have visual reminders in case I forget. I also try to loosely plan my day so I know what I need to do and when I need to do it to get around 7-8 hours of sleep. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth HappinessHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Kaitlynn Clement 3/13/2022 2:50 PMIf we look around us and recognize all the things we have we can then cherish them and want to protect them. When I step outside I'm grateful to the trees that sway in the wind, rivers that run clean near my home, beautiful parks free of litter. If I and others can realize how lucky we are to have these in our lives and be grateful that we can enjoy these, we can work to keep these beautiful parts of our lives from changing for the worse.
