    I started doing 60 minutes of no screen time right before going to bed and filling this time with reading and I think it has helped me fall asleep a little faster.  Mixing this with 5 minute quick showers in the morning I think I have felt a little more prepared for the day.  I would totally recommend trying these two things together!

    So far so good, I added a couple of other daily things to do now that spring break is over and I haven't noticed any difference in cleaning my clothes after switching to cold water.

    Save it! I spend too much money on other things and having saved a small amount over a couple of months will add up nicely.

    Starting to get situated on here.  I think I have always done the bare minimum like using a reusable water bottle, bags, and all those sorts of things. Gonna start adopting some new things soon!
