Jake Colucci 3/18/2022 8:08 AMI started doing 60 minutes of no screen time right before going to bed and filling this time with reading and I think it has helped me fall asleep a little faster. Mixing this with 5 minute quick showers in the morning I think I have felt a little more prepared for the day. I would totally recommend trying these two things together! -

Jake Colucci 3/06/2022 11:23 AMStarting to get situated on here. I think I have always done the bare minimum like using a reusable water bottle, bags, and all those sorts of things. Gonna start adopting some new things soon!
