    Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

    Going for a daily walk allows me to clear my head and focus on just being outdoors in the fresh air and nice weather.  When I come back inside, I always feel more ready to tackle my to-do list after the break.

    My roommates and I use the sun for natural lighting, meaning we are able to keep our lights off and save energy on sunny days!
