    Today I decided to go on a fast because I ate too much food yesterday during the Super Bowl. I was not a sustainable superstar yesterday :(. But I hope I will make it up today.

    Today is exact 4 weeks since I decided to use a gallon Yeti to drink water through out the day. Also I have finally figured out how to walk my dogs on a given route that we follow daily to have two 30 minute walks. I have not yet figured out the "not flushing my toilet situation" I will give an update once this task has been figured out. I believe that maybe I should start a garden I don't know of what exactly but I am open to suggestions.
