REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Go For A Daily Walk OutsideFresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?
Vannessa Danquah (environmental, slaysman) 3/03/2022 9:50 AMIt is relaxing, and I can think about my environment-
Conner Ney 3/03/2022 12:31 PMTaking a walk can not only help clear my brain, but it can inspire me a lot with my fictional writing depending on what I see or what ideas I can think of. I'm also one who takes their time so I get to appreciate the life around me, from the clouds to the grass. I feel very connected to nature at times, and sometimes I feel like daytime should never end; nature is truly beautiful and I wish I could lay in the grass and run without getting tired. My writing has helped me appreciate nature more and I'm extremely grateful for that.
