    I have really enjoyed doing this eco-challenge I have a lot to work on but I know that I can be better at a lot of things I have really enjoyed doing these meal plans I think I am going to keep doing this even after the challenge

    My electricity comes from Ameren. It is said that it effects the water and well animals and people drink the waters in bloomington

    I have been able to resist buying things just went to the mall the other day with friends and I didn't buy a single thing

      It's fun to shop knowing that you really don't need anything. I like to look at "new" things and then maybe a few months later, if I still think I need it, I might go look again.

    I won't buy random things anymore that I don't need. I also have been donating a lot of things since I moved and it has helped so much

    I joined the challenge due to it being for class but I  have enjoyed it a lot I have been meal planning a lot and not buying things that I want. I have been using my own water bottle a lot.

    I usually get 6 hours asleep. I'd like to go to bed way earlier than late at night. I started sleeping with my phone on my end table

    Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    The barries for me is if I just use my water bottle, not plastic, and just drink tap water it's actually cheaper and no money for me to spend on getting a case of bottled water. How I can make this permanent is If i can keep up just using my water bottle and not buying a case a water I'd be saving me more money

      I use reusable water bottles and mugs, and it has been one of the best investments that I have made!

    An average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four in the US spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?

    No, it does not surprise me I'd rather use the money more towards bills
