    Even though the days have been crappy out, my challenges have helped me stick to a routine and help improve my positive mindset.

    I have been eating salads for lunch and dinner which all ingredients have come from the fresh produce section of where I shop for groceries.

    What I need versus what I want and my waist is constantly going down because I don’t have access to a car to go shopping all the time so I haven’t been buying things which has been cutting down on my waist which is honestly a great feeling now only am I saving money but I am saving my communities ecosystem.

    Although I am three days in my ego challenge is going pretty good as I already do a lot of these types of challenges just in my daily life and how I live it’s been a lot easier but a lot of them have added to my day and making every day a better positive experience and has helped me look at my world a little bit differently.

    What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reusable one with you or aren't allowed to use the one you brought? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?

    I accept the one used disposable ones but then to better my ecosystem I don’t just throw it away I reuse it as a garbage bag around my house either in my room or for my cat and then after finding another few uses I throw it away.

    Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our planet and other people?

    People in richer countries eat more meat because the source is there constantly. Eating more meat can affect our planet and other people by the process of production which can admit many different toxins and co2’s along the way to our plates.

    Some needs that water meets or benefits me is cooking, cleaning, self-care, and primarily drinking I could not live without water because it’s the only thing I drink.

    This is true I have always loved sunrises and sunsets and always felt a connection with the world around me when being in nature and watching its beauty
