Lizzie's actions

Waste

Skip the Straw

Plastic bags and small plastic pieces like straws are most likely to get swept into our waterways. I will keep 1 plastic straw(s) out of the landfill and ocean each day by refusing straws or using my own glass/metal straw.

The ecochallenge simplifies the challenge of saving our environment. There are so many factors that effect our environment so it is hard to know where to start. This platform makes it easier to make a difference. It is encouraging to be on a team and to be challenged to earn points while helping the environment. Overall it has been a good experience.
