    I have set aside a certain amount of time each day to either exercise, do extra studying, or even learning how to cook a new recipe for a meal I have not tried.

    I would like to manifest the areas in my life that make me most happy. With the upcoming cold winter, seasonal depression can occur because of how bleak it is outside.

    Eating fruits and vegetables regularly can improve both your mental and physical health. Some meat, like beef, is produced in an environmentally inefficient way. Cows can be useful for the planet, if they are allowed room to graze.

    I have been using public transportation such as buses and trains since high school. I understand that an efficient public transportation schedule is a necessity for many people. Being able to take the bus to class instead of driving my car helps the environment, and I will not have to spend as much money on gas.

    Washing clothing garments in cold water also prevents the color from fading in the material.

    I would like to monitor my sleeping schedule to ensure that I get eight hours of sleep. I will continue to be successful in this action as long as I get to bed at around midnight.

    Instead of going to the gym alone, I can start bringing a friend as a work out partner. Sometimes that is the inspiration that people need to exercise.
