  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Simplicity De-Clutter My Home or Dorm Room
How can you prevent yourself from accumulating more unnecessary things in the future?

I've never been one for accumulating things (except guitars and amps), but it's amazing how much STUFF I've amassed anyway. When I had to move my mother-in-law's stuff about 10 years ago, I became much more conscious and determined to really consider whether a thing is an absolute need before acquiring it.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Simplicity Disconnect from Email
Notice how much time you were spending checking email away from work and make note of that. Now that you have stepped away from it and have not been checking, what changes are you noticing in your thoughts, use of time, stress and energy levels?

Making time for contemplation, family, and personal hygiene has to be more important than attending immediately to every email that comes in.

Second hand/vintage clothing are ideal for me, being a vintage guy and all.
