    I take yoga with school so since I am more centered and grounded in the beginning of my day, I am less negative about everyday things and I am more positive.

    By eating more fruits and vegetables I feel stronger and better. I already don't eat meat at all so this is a good reminder to eat more of these foods rather than all carbs. Our planet needs fewer red meat lovers.

    Plastic silverware. I use chopsticks and use metal silverware
