    Had English muffins with eggs for dinner, it was very good! 5 minute showers have become pretty easy, luckily I have short hair.

    Kinda a rough day in terms of my goals.. I’ve noticed when I’m extremely busy it’s harder for me to focus on the goals and actually plan and go through with them. I will definitely do better tomorrow.

    Can definitely feel my objectives becoming easier as the week progresses! Especially the 5 minute shower, went from well over 5 minutes to around 4 and a half minutes while still getting a good clean!

    Had an amazing organic/vegan spaghetti for dinner! Didn’t even miss the meat I’m it. I can definitely see myself eating more meals like that!!

    Used reusable bags to prevent plastic waste. The new 8 cent bag in my stores makes this decision very easy! Good incentives to go green :)

    Today has been a little rough in terms of my goals.. I haven't had any vegetarian or vegan meals. On the bright side I am consistently able to take showers in 5 minutes or less.

    Took a shower under 5 minutes!! And refused a straw from Dutch Bros! Also had a vegetarian noodles for dinner. So far so good.

    Never realized how fast 5 minutes is… shower took me 5 minutes  and 46 seconds, will work to do better. On the bright side I did save 1 straw today!
