    I am doing well with everything! I am eating more intentionally (and making some delicious food in the process), as well as being more mindful with my use of energy, the waste that I am producing, and how much time I am spending outside.

    It's going well! I had forgotten about the challenge until today, but I am realizing now that a lot of the things that I already do are compatible with the goals of this challenge, which is cool!

    I ate breakfast today without any technology. The breakfast burrito I made was delicious :)

    My family is eating out roughly once a week, and I am suggesting restaurants owned by people of color.

    I'm doing research on typical routes that I will use within the next year for the house that I am moving into in June!

    Reducing your paper mail can reduce mental clutter as well as physical waste -- by reducing what is coming in, you can reduce what is going into the recycling bin too. How does it make you feel? What is the next step you will take to reduce your waste?

    Updated my banking account so that I will receive online bank statements instead of paper.
