This challenge has helped remind me and is getting into more sustainable habits. Every morning I wake I make sure to focus on my water use and that daily practice has also crossed into how I use water washing clothes and doing dishes.

Creativity is necessary when you are trying to live simply because you want to reuse as many of our own things as possible. Also look for way that objects can help you in multiple ways not just one.

I feel that eating with out distraction I eat slower because I'm actually looking at what and how i'm eating.

This is a difficult action for me because I have to take lunch at my desk due to COVID and I don't have other distractions a part from work. Today I decided to spend my time updating my families birthday in my planner.
