Isabela Freedman 3/11/2021 5:29 AMI normally wake up at 6:30 on school days and the first thing i do is make my bed and then the rest of the 20 min until it hits seven I slowly get ready, but I decided that it would be nice to meditate for 10 min in the morning and that made me feel so much better and "fresh." -

Isabela Freedman 3/11/2021 5:20 AMI used to take showers that lasted around 10 min, which know that i thunk about it it is a a lot. I started to take five min showers and I was able to feel relaxed and i also wasted a lot less time taking a shower and I saved a lot of water. -
