Action Track: Building Resilience

Participate in Walk for Water - Mon, April 18th

The Community Service Committee and the 2nd grade classes will be hosting Walk for Water on Monday, April 18th, after school (3:30-4:30pm). By participating, students can become more aware of the burden that limited access to water can have on people's lives. According to a UNICEF estimate, for example, in Sub-Saharan Africa households in rural areas must walk on average 33 minutes to collect water; in Asia, 21 minutes. Click "Learn More" below to find the registration and fundraising forms.
