REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Sydney Grochowski 4/27/2020 6:53 PMThis morning I wrote down three things that I was grateful for, which simply included my dog, my family and friends, and my health. Just simply writing these things down this morning made me more grateful and ready to take on any challenges I had for the day with a smile. I plan on continuing this tiny activity into the future.
