    Going for jogs with friends or family is a great way to get good outdoors time in your day and spend time with friends or family

    In line with turning off your computer when not using it this should also be practiced with lights in the house, fans, monitors, game consoles, and tv's

      unplugging unnecessary appliances and only turning on the ones you need on and turning off the light when your not at home
