    I learned a new frappe recipe! Now I can use it in my reusable cups, and avoid buying it and getting it in a plastic to go cup.

    I walked about 4 miles today, and the weather was beautiful! I practiced healthy habits, and connected with my brother when we were walking. All in all, a great day!

    I wonder what the environmental impact will be on the increase of toilet paper supplies. After the dust settles, will there be a negative impact?

    Today was good! I sent a positive note to a friend, and I used my reusable cup this morning for my coffee awhile researching ways to be more green!

    It helps me to stay centered, and in check during this time. Everyone is struggling, it’s better to understand what you do have instead of focusing on what you don’t.

    I love to go on long walks and call on my friends to check in on them! It incorporates quality time with friends, time in nature, and exercise!

    I usually get about 5 hours of sleep. Lately, I’ve been doing better and getting 7. During this time, it’s hard to sleep or over sleep. I am working towards keeping a consistent schedule. I’m trying to keep my phone across the room and read before bed to sleep better and longer. I am also drinking more water that aids me in relaxing and sleeping better.

    It’s intriguing how I was reflecting on this on my walk. It really grounds you on how big your world is, and how small you are. Many times I get wrapped up with multiple events (school, work, relationships, etc) it feels like the only things in the world. When really, they’re just pieces of a bigger scale, your life, in its entirety.
