    The hardest part about eliminating screen time for other activities for me is not having background noise. I am the kind of person who always has a show, podcast, or music playing in the background whether I am doing homework, working on hobbies, or reading. Today, I spent an hour catching up in a book I am reading when I would have otherwise been on my phone.
