This is ongoing in our office as Admissions is very fast pace and busy. It's important to unplug, refresh, exercise and eat right. Though it's a challenge on here now, it's been part of my lifestyle for a number of years.
It was difficult at first...very. There was never enough time in the day...when my attitude and focus changed, I noticed every minute and who, what and how I allowed my time to occupied.  I also learned to live in the moment...very hard change but now I wish I had done it all along.
