  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Community Help Others
In your opinion, how do social inequalities diminish a strong sense of community?

When there are inequalities it diminishes community because more people are in power than others and there is only so much the minorities can do.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Simplicity Disconnect from Email
Notice how much time you were spending checking email away from work and make note of that. Now that you have stepped away from it and have not been checking, what changes are you noticing in your thoughts, use of time, stress and energy levels?

At first, my stress went up. Not seeing my email was stressful full but the less i thought about it the better and slowly it felt a lot better.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

You can make this a permanent habit by not buying plastic bottles at all, and start using reusable bottles. it is a lot easier and makes a big difference.
