REFLECTION QUESTIONWater 5-Minute ShowersName some of the human activities impacting the health of water systems, both locally (your watershed) and globally (freshwater and oceans). What can you do to improve the health of water systems?
Jenna Hurley 3/26/2020 5:02 PMI want to get more educated on how to most effectively use water when cleaning dishes. I've never known what is best - dishwasher, hand-wash, etc. Would love to make that my next step forward.-

REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Go For A Daily Walk OutsideFresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?
Jenna Hurley 3/26/2020 5:01 PMTalking a walk everyday has helped me slow down and be more appreciative of the things around me. It removes me from my work behind my computer screen or whatever I am working on. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Enjoy the Sunrise/SunsetFather Thomas Berry says, "... our primary purpose is celebration. Celebration of the dawn and the sunset and the different seasons of the year is a religious ritual, a way in which humans can establish their integral relationship with the universe, with the planet Earth." What is your response to Berry's assertion?
Jenna Hurley 3/04/2020 8:45 PMI think Barry's quote is awesome. I think having a relationship and appreciation for the planet will increase incentive to care and take action. It is important to have a mindful lifestyle where we can be satisfied by things like the sunrise/sunset instead of materialistic items.
