I took it easy at the gym today because I didn't want to overwork my body. I did start to feel sick, but that might have been due to dehydration. Hoping to have a better gym session tomorrow!

As I focus more on my health, I noticed that my fatigue levels have diminished. Cutting unhealthy sugars has also made me feel "lighter" and happier.

It has been my goal to go to the gym at least 5 days a week for an hour (+) each day. Today I was able to go to the gym before my classes started and got in a good workout!

What was it like to actively listen to someone? How did both people and the conversation(s) benefit from active listening?

Active listening is a communication skill we all need. Listening in general can be hard when you have things on your mind or when you disagree with someone. I will admit it was very hard for me to listen to someone when I did not agree with what they were saying. I wanted to jump in and argue/disagree with their arguments, but in order to maintain a healthy relationship with friends and family, I learned that I needed to hear them out and see what they have to say while also taking their arguments into consideration.

Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?

Prior to challenge, I wasn't necessarily addicted to sugar, but it was hard to keep it out of the diet. Now I get most of my "sweets" from natural ingredients like fruits.
