Emma Jeanquart 3/29/2021 11:16 AMToday was the first day I practiced mindfulness and it was very interesting taking the time to appreciate the small workings and experiences I normally do not notice. I felt my muscles relax and my mind get more focused so I could read an article better and gain more information. It helped me realize my core values and how I see things, and how to further understand. -

Emma Jeanquart 3/29/2021 11:04 AMI think conserving water usage is very important, and I plan on using a water recycling system when I have my own home to modify in showers. Composting toilets when used by many people would also help how we use our water. It is sad to see how we use water today, excessively as if it isn't a finite resource. A netflix documentary Seaspiracy explains and informs many ways we are destroying our ocean and sea and lake life through government subsidizing organizations taking advantage of these resources.
