    Wife and I are trying to lose some weight so having an accountabilibuddy for veggies has helped a ton!

    Lots of yard chores as the day off of class lined up with the first sunny day in a week! Eating healthy for dinner and hopefully I'll sleep like a rock!

    Got my second vaccine dose and felt like crap for two days but now I'm feeling great, back on the eco-wagon. Had some green beans and veggie pasta for an early lunch to knock out my veggie goal. My wife and I are planting our starters into pots because its still too cold here to do any outdoor work. We're installing a door in the basement today so I'll get my exercise in through the stairs when I inevitably forget 100 things.

    My wife and I ate an entire cantaloupe over the course of a day!! I forgot how tasty they can be

    We got some snow in Minnesota so the sunny weather is gone :( Trying to cook with more peppers and greens, can't wait for good weather so I can start biking again!

    Once it's not snowing my wife and I try to walk up to our local wooded park, it's nice to walk through the forest and get some fresh air together!
