I always like a challenge, just to make myself think more about how small steps can help, if everyone contributes.  Some things I already had been doing, but to increase by 30 minutes, 1,000 steps, turning water off while brushing teeth are things that help myself and others, and really because routine after a bit.

My challenge is going well.  I've been able to stick to most of my challenges without stressing out.

Not sure, but will research it.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Always have and always will use double sided copying if allowed.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Prevent Recycling Contamination
What have you learned about what is accepted by local haulers for recycling, what you can drop off or ship to certain places, and what is not recyclable in your area? What is the most difficult part of recycling for you?

Learned that recycle jars should be cleaned out before disposing of them in recycle.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

My goal for each day is to walk and exercise at least 60 minutes, 10,000 steps.  My fitbit is my motivation.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

I feel I get 7 - 8 hours of sleep a night and feel good when I get up.  If I don't get at least 7 hours I'm not as ready for the day as I want to be.
