    only buy what I can eat so that I am not wasting food. I am also interested in composting and how I can do that at home

    I want to get up earlier, which means I should be going to bed earlier. I find that I get the best work done in the morning, so when I spend all morning in bed, I don't feel very productive/happy during the day

    It can help you focus on what really matters to you and what really brings you happiness. I often get distracted by what material things I want next, when really I don't need all those things to be happy
