    I am a bit forgetful with the check in but I am consciously doing my challenge tasks. this is quite helpful and takes little effort when started.

    so beyond signing up for my ESR 171 class, I feel a deep concern in my habits and how they affect my well being as well as my environment. I am making a healthy effort to change small steps and move in a healthy manner.
