REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Reduce Animal ProductsWhy do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our planet and other people?
Neil Leary 10/01/2018 11:48 AMA good way to promote a shift to lower impact diets is to frame in ways that do not ask people to completely change their diet from eating meat to vegetarian or vegan. Begin with eating a few more meals that are not meat-based, eat fewer meat-based meals. Serve smaller portions of meat. Promote chicken and fish over beef as having less C and N pollution. Start with changes that are easy, move on to more challenging changes.
