    How does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet?

    As an Athlete protein is super important for muscle building and why meat isn't the only way to get meat it is certainly the easiest. It is very rare for athletes to vegetarian then because we don't feel like we have as many options. Maybe it would help if they made more pleasing meat substances.
