    I want to invest more time reflecting on my successes for the day. Meditating is great at the end of the day to reflect on the whole day, but I want to focus it on the good things that happened that day.

    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    I drink a lot of water daily so carrying a bunch of plastic water bottles around is not ideal for me. I prefer a large reusable bottle and fill it up a couple times a day.
