  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health Reduce refined sugar
Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?

Before I started this challenge, I would say that I was not "addicted" to sugar. While I was in high school, I was addicted to sugar and would always eat processed refined foods that contained lots of sugar. However, during my college years, I began to decrease my sugar intake as I learned that sugar is not ideal for one's body. I began drinking my coffee without sugar, began eating non-processed foods, and began drinking more water than sugary drinks.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

How can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?

Instead of jogging by myself, I can gather some friends and we can go on a jog together so we can spend time together as we workout.
