  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Action Track: Building Resilience Meet My Neighbors
In what ways can you create more real and meaningful interactions with friends — or strangers — each week?

In the beginning, instead of being socially active, I was timid. I thought this process was easy in interacting with new strangers, sharing the same sidewalk when I take my dogs and sister out for a walk, or even hearing occasions such as celebrations or Sunday Football. Why have I not interacted with them? I don't know why but I will create a new relationship with those who interact with me, not just any stranger...
