    I was able to wake up this morning and meal prep for the next four days (excluding Thanksgiving dinner). It definitely gives me peace of mind!

    I was able to complete all of my challenges today. This week has definitely been tougher though because I haven't had any time to meal prep.

    I didn't get a chance to exercise until around 9PM on Day 18 but I still managed to get it done.

    Today is going well. I did forget to bring my water bottle to work but I was able to find a paper cup at work to refill in the employee breakroom, so I didn't have to a buy a plastic water bottle.

    Today is going well! I had no shopping to do so I dodged plastic bags altogether and had my reusable water bottle at work.

    The hot water heater at my house broke last night and didn’t get fixed till this afternoon. Because of the cold water, I definitely didn’t have a problem with the five minute shower.

      Oh man! I've had to do that before. I just heated up water on the stove, and had a 'camping shower.' My son just jumped in the cold shower and was in and out in no time!

    Today went well. I ran into a problem with my reusable bags at a grocery store in my sterling. They weren’t allowing me to use them but they did have an option to get paper bags!

      Right now several stores don't want you bringing in your own bags. Green Top will, but you have to bag your own if you do.

    I was meal prepped and ready for today. Definitely makes my food challenges a lot easier!
