REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Locally-Sourced MealsIf you were to only eat what is in season locally from now on, what would be the most difficult food item for you to give up? Why?
Leigh Marthe 11/15/2018 4:17 PMI think the most difficult thing for me to give up would be fresh berries and avocados. I freeze berries for winter consumption, but I miss having that fresh fruit. I also love avocados and know that I would never eat one again if I had to only eat locally in Vermont.
