Effectively working for sustainability requires self care! I will commit to getting 60 more minute(s) of sleep each night to achieve at least 7 hours per night.
Participant Feed
Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.
To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Less Screen TimeWhat did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?
-
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Healthy SleepConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Sophia Martinez 7/13/2020 11:28 AMAfter practice, I usually go right to sleep. However, that is very early, and I will take a 4hr nap instead of sleeping. I wish to get my sleep schedule back to going to bed around 11 and waking up in the morning. Hopefully not to be awake at 4 in the morning. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Go for a Daily WalkHow do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?
Sophia Martinez 7/13/2020 11:19 AMI think that I appreciate the little things in the natural world more. When you're driving, your focus is on getting to a destination, while when I was walking, I had no real destination except making it back home. You grow to appreciate your surroundings.
