REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Exercise DailyHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Alison McKenzie 9/12/2021 10:20 AMYou could go on a hike with friends which would factor in quality time with friends as well as spending time in nature. It will allow you to bond with your friends and take in the environment around you. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Weekly Meal PlanningAn average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four in the US spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?
Alison McKenzie 9/12/2021 10:18 AMThat does surprise me, I guess it makes sense though due to inflation. Looking at the overall cost of food and feeding 4 people you have to factor in 3 meals a day including any snacks that may be bought. If the children are young they also could unintentionally waste food by throwing it on the ground. I would rather place this money into local services such as food kitchens and or shelters.
